New Generation Home Improvement is an independent company run by its owner, Pedro Portillo. There's no sales team and no hand-off to a subcontractor you've never met. The person who walks your house and writes your estimate is the person responsible for the work.
The work covers the whole house. Inside, that's kitchen and bathroom remodels, wood, vinyl, and tile floors, painting, drywall repair, doors and windows, and the handyman list of fixtures, faucets, and hookups. Outside, it's decks built and repaired, wood and vinyl fences, porches, patios, and exterior paint.
Every job gets a written estimate before it starts and a walkthrough before it's finished. New clients save 15% on their first project and returning clients save 10% every time after that, because a homeowner who calls us back is the best review we can get.
